Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer service, providing legendary support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager reputed company appropriate
- Creating relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and reputed company their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image

Requirements
