Job Summary

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for moderating our reputed company server, ensuring that our community guidelines are enforced, and providing exceptional customer support to our users. This is a part-time, remote, and flexible position that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. Key Responsibilities

* Moderate our reputed company server, ensuring that our community guidelines are enforced and that users are treated with respect and dignity.

  • Delete messages made by users that violate our community guidelines.
  • Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our community guidelines.
  • Mute users who have violated our community guidelines.
  • Investigate reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to our users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our community management team to reputed company and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with our community guidelines and policies, and ensure that they are enforced consistently.

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
