Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with interpreters over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and reputed company, providing exceptional customer service
- Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations (currently due to the Covid-19 pandemic)
