Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches, using your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify the best candidates for each role.
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates, thinking creatively and reputed company the reputed company to come up with innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the reputed company processes of the area, using your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and your problem-solving skills to come up with solutions.
