About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service and Hospitality Manager to join our Hospitality team at blithequark. This role requires approximately 20 hours per week, from 3 pm to 10 pm CST, Monday through Wednesday, with additional opportunities available as our company continues to grow. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their safety and reputed company, and managing reputed company aspects of their reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to blithequark guests, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

• Manage reputed company guest reservations, including booking suggestions, alterations, and cancellations
• Utilize our digital communication systems to manage guest communications, including messages, emails, calls, and texts
• Troubleshoot maintenance and technology issues, lockouts, and other guest issues, negotiating solutions for guest satisfaction
• Coordinate operational needs with blithequark staff, scheduling and monitoring repairs, maintenance, and turnovers

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A college diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reputed company field
