Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Champion – Live Chat Specialist (Remote), you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries reputed company live chat, delivering real-time assistance and accurate solutions
  • Providing detailed product and service information, guiding customers in selecting solutions tailored to their needs
  • Resolving customer issues promptly or escalating them to the appropriate internal team for further support
