Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you every reputed company of the way. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions through inbound calls, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and effective

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn and drive customer retention
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to share best practices, provide support, and drive reputed company improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and systems, and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences

• Flexible scheduling: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Requirements to Work from Home
