Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Care Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless package delivery experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate with Blithequark, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing support and guidance as needed
- Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, utilizing problem-solving skills and expertise
- Participate in reputed company improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be a successful Part-Time Customer Care Associate with Blithequark, you'll need:
- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers and provide empathetic responses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment reputed company
- Reliable internet reputed company and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
