Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, providing empathetic and personalized support to resolve their questions and concerns. * Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, reputed company, or other applications
- Strong computer skills and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving high-volume, reputed company customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week reputed company this time frame)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
- Minimum: $17.02
- Maximum: $27.16
Please note that this range represents the pay range for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
