We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit, providing shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, navigating reputed company communication scenarios, and driving business results. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from reputed company.Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and shareholder voting processes.
- Communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that customers understand the importance of their vote and the benefits of supporting our clients' management teams.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience.

- Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking skills.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
