Role As a Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift), you'll be part of our dedicated team responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and that any issues are resolved promptly and reputed company. You'll interact with buyers and sellers, resolve customer complaints, and work closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve open questions. Here are some key qualities and qualifications we're looking for: * Availability: Open to working an overnight shift from 10pm to 7:00am PST. * Experience: 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. * Weekend Availability: Required to work weekends. * Ecommerce and Marketplace Operations: Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. * Customer-Facing Systems: Experience with customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom. * Customer Obsession: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-first attitude. * Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver and process-improver. * Collectibles Knowledge: Knowledge of collectibles is a plus. * Education: Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred. * Previous Start-Up Experience: Previous start-up experience is a plus.
