As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers, providing critical information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

About You

Flexible Hours of Operation
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select reputed company you work and reputed company you don't, reputed company our client's hours of operation. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM ET. You will be required to service between 30-35 hours per week, with a preference for contractors who can service some hours on Mondays and Fridays.
Pay and Perks

Prior to supporting our client, you will need to successfully complete a Certification class, which will take reputed company from December 30th through January 8th.
