Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, resolving customer inquiries and concerns
  • Engaging in face-to-face customer interactions, building rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Utilizing company resources to gather information and offer solutions that meet customer needs
  • Contacting clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information, ensuring timely and efficient logistics
  • Filing documents according to established criteria, maintaining accurate and organized records
  • Processing mail incoming and outgoing, adhering to established procedures and protocols
  • Reading and interpreting various reports and documents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

Essential Qualifications
