As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our world-class team that helps reunite people with their missing pets reputed company. Our 24/7, 365-day-a-year operation requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide top-notch support to our customers.
What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Reassuring panicked callers about their missing pets and providing a positive experience for our customers
- Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
- Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the possibility of increased calls during peak periods
- Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous call center experience is REQUIRED
- High School diploma or GED required
- If remote, a quiet designated work area at home (this role is not a substitute for childcare, elder care, reputed company gigs, etc.)
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background reputed company upon hire
