Job Summary

The Assistant Manager of Cargo Customer Service will play a vital role in supporting our Cargo Manager with the daily and monthly responsibilities of the shipment facility at the Denver (DEN) Station. This position will build relationships, work closely with shipment customers, collaborate with diverse Employees on the station, and manage our Cargo Supervisors and Agents. Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager of Cargo Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying that high-quality work is accomplished throughout the Cargo Operation
• Working to accurately identify deficiencies and understand successes
• Maintaining effective operating relationships with station leadership, the TWU 555, shipment sales, vendors, and other departments to ensure operational excellence
• Supporting the Cargo Manager of Operations with local responsibilities
• Assisting in hiring and training of Cargo Agents and Cargo Supervisors
• Ensuring the productivity of SWA Cargo Employees and Cargo Contract Handlers regarding staffing, scheduling, hours of operation, and product reputed company levels
• Ensuring centers and equipment are maintained in exact repair and assisting with facility projects
• Maintaining reputed company and modern knowledge of reputed company TSA reputed company policies regarding Cargo, as well as SWA Cargo rules and strategies, and ensuring compliance
• Providing interest and support to reputed company SWA Cargo Customers and Internal Customers
• May reputed company other process responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Extensive experience in the areas of Cargo, reputed company, and Operations
