Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and fax. You will be responsible for processing orders, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and utilizing product knowledge to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, requiring strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Process orders received by mail, telephone, fax, EDI, and/or through personal customer contact, providing pricing, availability, and schedule information reputed company established guidelines.

• Research and obtain resolution of a variety of customer inquiries, expediting the delivery of selected orders and tracking order activity to alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
• Foster open communication internally and externally, championing creative change to improve processing and service levels, and providing guidance and assistance to new or less reputed company staff.

Qualifications

* A.S. degree in business or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
