Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that client expectations are met, and our company standards are exceeded. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
