Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in content production, with a significant portion in a leadership role managing reputed company, multi-format content slates (including film/TV and live event production)
• 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring production teams in a deadline-focused environment
• Technical proficiency in production, including experience with stereoscopic 3D, reputed company 180, and/or interactive content
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, boundary-pushing content at scale, from concept through launch
• Analytic and imaginative problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in both traditional and cutting-edge video production, drive for innovation, collaboration skills, and proven success delivering compelling consumer experiences at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in film/TV, sports or music business, with active industry relationships
• Experience leading live productions for concerts, sports, or major broadcast events
