  • Building sustainable relationships with donors and prospect donors through interactive communication, including website, chat, text, email, and phone
  • Identifying recurring system or application issues and escalating to the leadership team for resolution
  • Resolving escalated issues reputed company to donor portal, donor store, and website troubleshooting
  • Assisting with donor scheduling and coordination

Qualifications
