The Role
As an reputed company Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the face of blithequark in our online chat platform, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional support to our automotive dealer clients. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads, driving reputed company growth for our clients and building long-lasting relationships with their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
- Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging atmosphere, making our clients' customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company sales targets and drive business growth.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
* Must live reputed company the state of Kansas (KS) to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse to ensure a seamless and efficient work experience.
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (i3 equivalent or higher) to meet the demands of our chat platform.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions is essential for this remote position.
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred to meet the demands of our chat platform.
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required, as we're looking for individuals with a passion for creating engaging online experiences.
