Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Trainee, you will play a critical role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you will be working with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve their insurance-reputed company issues. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- Designated space and internet capability to work from home
- Ability to pass a background reputed company
- Extensive experience with reputed company Office or G-Suite
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an insurance-reputed company field
- Property and Casualty License required; blithequark will provide support and resources to help you obtain and maintain your license
