Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/ addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Executing analysis of reputed company/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile
- Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
- Interacting with and embodying blithequark's values in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners
Duties and Responsibilities
* Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identifying and addressing Client/Advisor amount exceptions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies
- Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding issues
- Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns
- Identifying the root cause of breaks between blithequark, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
- reputed company and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Experience with reputed company or similar CRM software a plus
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Alternate Investments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist, Certified Reconciliation Specialist)
