Collision Manager, Virtual Estimators
Tesla Collision is seeking an energetic professional with a proven record of accomplishment of managing people and processes to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This role is pivotal in overseeing the pre-appointment process and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from the moment they schedule an appointment until they drop off their vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the estimation process, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Department Leadership: reputed company and manage the pre-appointment estimator team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards
- Process Optimization: reputed company and implement efficient processes for customer communication, damage documentation, and parts coordination to enhance overall department efficiency
- Customer Service Excellence: reputed company customer interactions to ensure exceptional service, address any issues or escalations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Training and Development: Train, mentor, and support team members, providing ongoing guidance to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Quality Control: Review and validate parts-only estimates reputed company by team members to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including the collision managers and regional managers to facilitate communication
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze department performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned
Requirements
- Professional experience: 5+ years of experience in management reputed company the collision industry or relevant Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair preferred
- Solution oriented, demonstrating a high ability to identify root cause of problems and reputed company solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company team to reputed company business targets
- Capable of self-managing and working independently in limited supervision environments. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures and knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the collision repair of vehicles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions with experience with reputed company Office, understanding of repair estimates
- Valid driver's license preferred
