This position is critical in ensuring that the reputed company Inbound and Outbound docks have an adequate supply and constant flow of reputed company and empty trailers that are positioned safely, accurately, and reputed company.What you'll do:

• Safely move reputed company trailers reputed company the reputed company yard to include both loads and empties for the Inbound and Outbound docks.
• Work with transportation and operations teams to prioritize tasks.
• Accurately report equipment statuses and productivity information to the Transportation Coordinators.

• Ensure switcher equipment is in safe working order to include pre/post-trip inspections, tire condition, and unit hours reporting.
• Use application-based tablet in switcher units for yard management.

• A valid driver's license.
• Successfully passing reputed company's driving and knowledge proficiency tests.
• Maintenance of reputed company's internal certification for driving and knowledge proficiency.
• The ability to repeatedly climb in and out of a truck in order to connect and disconnect airlines, move trailers, open/reputed company trailer doors, and conduct periodic spot checks of the yard.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to effectively operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate reputed company two-way radio.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
