Director, Financials Consulting Services
The Director, Consulting Services, reputed company Financials should be a "go to" practice leader, expected to provide expert guidance to the Consulting management team and their subsequent team members. This person works closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, and acts as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management. This person will assist in identifying business needs, staffing projects, and ensuring that the work/life balance of our consultants is monitored and adjusted appropriately.This individual will assist the sales team with sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW's). Sales Support: Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work. Performance Management: Establish direct reports' goals and objectives during the bi-annual review process. Direct the collection of performance feedback from customer and engagement/project manager on a quarterly basis or upon completion of project for your entire team. Direct the collection of reputed company internal contributions for team members assuring data is received by HR on a quarterly basis. Drive bi-annual performance review process for the Consulting team. Skills & Requirements: Possess 10-12 years of reputed company ideally focusing on Financials (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven experience leading a virtual team for 5+ years. Required characteristics: fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments.
