• Support, mentor, and motivate your team
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises

A day in the lifeAs an Area Manager, you will reputed company a team of hourly employees and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a reputed company field
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees
• Experience with process improvements (Lean Six reputed company and/or Kaizen)
• Aviation reputed company experience
• Possess a valid in-state driver’s license
