Your Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers from reputed company walks of life and finding innovative ways to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns
- Escalating, transferring, or completing conference calls with banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more

Qualifications
