About the Role:
As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for automotive dealerships seeking assistance with orders they've reputed company. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties. Your ability to problem-solve, act as a consultant, and resolve customer issues will be essential in this role.
What You'll Do:
* Provide fantastic service over the phone, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
- Use your computer skills to:
+ Research requests reputed company to profile assistance + Track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders + Assist with car warranties + Escalate critical orders + Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed)
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues and share best practices
Skills for Success:
* Computer, typing, and phone skills are essential for this role
- Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues

Eligibility Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Available to work during the hours listed below (must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive)
- Michigan reputed company
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to reputed company Ethernet or landline
- Secluded and distraction-free work environment
Schedule:
* Training (requires 100% attendance): + First five weeks – instructor-led: 8 hours/day, between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday + Next four weeks – hands-on calls: scheduled during hours of operation, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday
- Work schedule:
+ Able to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday + No weekends!
