What You'll Do:
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact blithequark for a variety of topics, primarily reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer, and follow up as needed to resolve issues
- Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve reputed company issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
What You'll Need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pet-reputed company industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to meeting customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Must be able to pass a background reputed company for a KY Rx Tech license
