The Opportunity
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. You'll provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, ensuring that their needs are met with reputed company, knowledge, and commitment. Your role will involve accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes, entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system, and maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates
- Provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles
- Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes
- Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the NJ Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies
- Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements
Requirements
* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and co-workers
- Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback

- High School diploma or GED
- Background required
- Must reside reputed company 1 hour driving distance from Des Moines, IA

Work Environment
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our equipment will be provided from our Des Moines, IA office, and you'll be expected to pick it up from the location. Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $18.00 per hour pay reputed company (bi-weekly pay). In addition to reputed company pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need.
