Job Summary
As an reputed company Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving reputed company issues with tact and diplomacy. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients, navigating reputed company situations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to telephone and email inquiries from clients reputed company defined service standards
* Negotiate with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
* Assist clients with benefits and healthcare questions
* Document reputed company calls received in system-based call log
* reputed company other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements and Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college or higher education preferred
* One year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-reputed company role
* Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred
* Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
* Strong customer relations, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
* Proficient with reputed company applications and strong computer skills
* Excellent data entry and typing skills
* Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
* Knowledge and understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
* Ability to effectively negotiate reputed company structures
* Independent judgment in decision making and problem solving
* Ability to multitask and anticipate potential needs/problems
* Medical Terminology
* Strong attention to detail
* Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits a plus
* Claim processing skills a plus
* Insurance verification or precertification a plus
* Provider office/facility billing department or financial area

* Strong analytical and research skills
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position is in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including operation of standard computer and phone equipment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
* Pay range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
