As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. Key Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims reputed company
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including claims coordinators and management
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
