Job Summary
As a Sr Director, Customer and Marketing Data, Applied AI, and Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our data product portfolio and driving strategic decisions that impact our business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and execute plans that drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Owns and leads the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem and serves the customer and marketing organization with actionable analytics to support delivering top-line sales and productivity improvements.

Essential Qualifications
* 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management
- 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science
- Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions solving business problems in a product model
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with software development teams to launch online products
- Experience with large-scale order management and inventory systems
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
- Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
