You'll apply your design expertise and technical skills to successfully guide projects from concept to completion. We provide comprehensive architectural and interior design services across a range of project types and complexities—while maintaining a fun, engaging workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project design and team coordination from concept to completionCollaborate on conceptual designs, presentations, and design developmentOversee and contribute to the production of design and construction documentsConduct client presentations and support ongoing client relationshipsPartner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budgetCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project successDevelop creative, practical solutions for complex design challengesMentor junior designers and support team growthCreate graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings (optional)Assist in managing client expectations and consultant coordinationEngage in firm-wide initiatives, marketing efforts, and industry eventsCollaborate across teams to elevate design quality and innovationQualificationsProfessional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)5+ years of experience in architectural design and project managementArchitectural licensure (NCARB preferred)Strong understanding of building codes and life safety regulationsProficiency in REVIT, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF/Bluebeam, and EnscapeTechnical expertise in construction detailingProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively * Strong leadership and team coordination skillsCompensation and Benefits
