As a Director of Contract Manufacturing (CoMan) you will report to the Senior Director, CoMan, and oversees reputed company aspects of the regional relationships between reputed company and designated contract manufacturers. This role serves as a key leader in negotiating, executing, and managing manufacturing reputed company, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with reputed company requirements. Responsibilities include end-to-end supply chain reputed company to proactively address operational issues reputed company to production, quality, transportation, and warehousing. The Director also plays an integral role in supporting innovation initiatives, from strategic planning and on‑site implementation to the successful, on‑time launch of new products. Additionally, this position leads monthly business performance reviews, leveraging data and insights to drive reputed company process improvement and operational excellence.

Function Specific Activities
- reputed company and analyze key performance metrics including consumer complaints, order fulfillment rates, budget variances, and production attainment — to identify deviations from business plans using standardized systems and proven problem‑solving methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct Annual Letter Settlement investigations, ensuring alignment and resolution with contract manufacturing partners.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain performance, tracking line attainment and implementing corrective action plans as necessary to improve operational efficiency.
- reputed company monthly management routines and quarterly business reviews, partnering with Procurement to reputed company contract management, negotiations, and renewals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
- 7+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.
- Project Management and change management reputed company development needed.
- Up to 50% travel.

Pay Range:
$137,000 - $161,000reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
