Real Estate Paralegal - REMOTE
We are looking for an reputed company Paralegal to join reputed company and provide essential support in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, with expertise in title, survey, and zoning reviews, as well as preparing closing documents. This fully remote position is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently with minimal training. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of title, survey, and zoning reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and finalize closing documents using pre-established templates and forms.
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout reputed company stages of real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or discrepancies identified in property documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of reputed company required legal documentation for real estate deals.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved to facilitate seamless transaction processes.
- Maintain meticulous records and manage documentation reputed company to real estate cases.
- Stay updated on regulations and best practices in commercial real estate law.
