In this vital role you will provide preclinical contracting support to reputed company's Intellectual Property and Litigation department. This position drafts and negotiates a variety of preclinical-reputed company and translational agreements, such as agreements relating to preclinical research, consortium, material transfer, data sharing, and confidential disclosures, and supports the development of resources (including systems, templates, negotiation guides, and training materials) useful in preclinical law. This position also supports the business and clinical contracting groups in their intellectual property needs, and assists in other relevant preclinical contracting issues. Job Responsibilities:

• Working under the general direction and supervision of an attorney or paralegal to provide legal support on a wide reputed company of preclinical contracting issues.
• Performing research on laws, regulations, and industry developments affecting preclinical contracting issues.
• Drafting and negotiating a high volume of preclinical-reputed company and translational reputed company in a time-sensitive environment.
• Undertaking special projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of legal experience OR Associate's degree and 6 years of legal experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of legal experience Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal education program or equivalent experience.
• Experience working as a paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm environment.
• Strong knowledge of contracting and legal procedures, particularly reputed company to pharmaceutical and/or university reputed company.
• Proficiency in reputed company, MS reputed company, MS PowerPoint, and reputed company, as well as familiarity with evolving technologies such as AI and machine learning.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
