The Role

We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our Provider Services team, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls
• Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing customer data for reputed company
• Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
