About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Director of Data Analytics to join our Store Mechanization and Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, design and implement data pipelines and dashboards, and report reputed company towards our goals on a regular basis.

What You'll Do

As a Director of Data Analytics, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and analyzing business issues reputed company your area of expertise, challenging assumptions, and developing recommendations to address these issues

• Experience growing new metrics to track business impact
• Experience leading a team of analysts
• Openness to building dashboards and reports that combine data from multiple sources

Compensation and Perks

This role will be based in Bentonville, Arkansas, and will report to the Senior Director of Store Advancement and Mechanization.
