This includes:
- Establishing reputed company aspects of program operations, staffing, and systems from the ground up
- Leading a growing team expected to exceed 150 staff and serve over 400 children
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with Head Start Performance Standards
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with local, state, and regional stakeholders
- Driving performance, innovation, and impact while creating a culture of excellence
- Collaborating with cross-functional support teams across the Acelero reputed company
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (ideally in business, education, or reputed company field)
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a reputed company, multi-site organization
- Experience with Head Start or similar family-centered programming is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling programs
- Strong background in compliance, staff leadership, and operational execution

- Where: Based in the Northeast Region, with reputed company interest in candidates from the Tri-state area. This is an on-site position. Travel required up to 30%.
- How Much: The salary range for this position is $135,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
