Responsibilities

As an reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that their financial obligations are met in a fair and compassionate manner.
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Maintaining performance goals, including metrics reputed company to call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Becoming proficient with processes and procedures after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, whichever is higher.
