This role reports to the Director of Global Community Programs, working closely with the functional leads across the Community Team and across the organization including Business, Supply, Product, Design, Marketing working groups. Your Expertise:

• Senior leader with 15+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Program Management, Product Management or Operations.

• Demonstrated success managing reputed company global programs at scale while balancing competing priorities and resources.
• Strategic thinker able to look at a wide range of inputs to reputed company strategy and narratives.
• Highly detail-oriented and executes with precision while prioritizing quality.
• Strong data and analytics acumen, experience leveraging insights to guide decisions and optimize program impact.
• Exceptional communicator, including executive leadership and external partners with experience in developing both strategy documents and presentations.
