Key Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company and high-value claims, including disputed and escalated cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations of claims, including reviewing documentation, interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing evidence.
• Evaluate damages and determine appropriate settlements in compliance with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Act as a resource and mentor to junior claims adjusters, providing guidance and expertise.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and third parties reputed company necessary.
• Prepare detailed claim reports and present findings to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices to ensure claims are handled reputed company and accurately.
• Manage relationships with vendors, appraisers, and legal counsel to facilitate effective claims resolution.
• Identify and address potential fraud indicators, escalating cases as needed.

Qualifications
