Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone Ability to handle high volume calls pleasantly and reputed company Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position Ability to work remotely in emergency situations This position is an on-site position, however due to Covid-19 reputed company remotely until it is safe to return on-site.
