The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain plant equipment, including batching systems and mixers - Monitor production processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications - Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials and finished products - Collaborate with site personnel to meet customer demands and delivery schedules - reputed company routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment - Maintain accurate records and reports, including production and quality control data - Adhere to safety protocols and company policies

Requirements
