Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service, facilitating the rental process, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience. You'll work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
- reputed company outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
- Notify management of any reputed company customer problems
- Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and any company-sponsored classroom training
Schedule
* Sunday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
- Monday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
- Friday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
- Saturday: 3:30pm – 12:30am

Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Must have a valid driver's license
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record reputed company the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-reputed company convictions on driving record reputed company the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
