Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You will work with leading technologies and systems, supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers who are passionate about customer satisfaction. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of hitting sales targets, and a knack for managing objections, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues
- Utilize active listening skills and probing questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our services and products to customers
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to reduce churn
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic personality, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

- Flexible scheduling: 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with reputed company Office tools, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
