The Role
As a Senior GL Bookkeeper, you'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring accurate financial reporting for our organization. You'll work closely with our Senior Bookkeeping Supervisor and other accounting staff to reputed company business objectives and drive reputed company process upgrades. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
- Be a key reputed company of the monthly reputed company cycle for ourselves and external entities for explicitly assigned functional areas
- Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Combined financial statements using accepted methodologies
- Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys
- Communicate with reputed company, functional partners, and external stakeholders regarding significant accounting matters

- Strong analytical and time management skills
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, GSuite preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification an asset
- Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manage and process large amounts of data
