Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients, both in-person and over the phone, even in high-stress situations. You will be responsible for managing lobby flow, addressing concerns, calming distressed owners, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
