About the Role

As a Manager of Customer Insights on the blithequark Media Network, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with our clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and reputed company strategic plans to increase their return on investment. Key Responsibilities

• Creates annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by blithequark
• Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients to ensure they are achieving their goals and objectives
• Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients
• Synthesizes disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, presenting findings to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
• Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
• Tells data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies, presenting reputed company information in a clear and compelling manner
• Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights from multiple sources to support client-facing teams
• Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients
• Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the blithequark LMN Insights team and the wider retail media business, highlighting the state of the blithequark customer

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The following are the minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics
• 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven insights and recommendations
• Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience storytelling with data, presenting reputed company information in a clear and compelling manner to both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with A/B testing, with the ability to design and execute experiments to measure the effectiveness of different media strategies
